We offer...

Private individual training, ballet classes, pop-up classes, competitive opportunities, and master classes for teams.

We base our training off of ballet technique and conditioning. Our privates can be tailored to individual needs to help a dancer improve in an area of choice with precision and confidence. Our group classes allow dancers to connect with others who have a shared passion for dance while pushing themselves and one another to achieve their goals.

Hello!

My name is Elizabeth Wold, and I graduated in December of 2024 with a degree in Communication from the College of Saint Benedict. I am from Burnsville, MN and grew up dancing since I was 4. I did Twin Cities Ballet as a child and started competitive studio dance in middle school at Shana's Dance Studio in Savage. Throughout my years in competition, I took 2.5 hours of ballet a week as it was my favorite style. In high school, I was a three year captain and two year dancer of the year recipient. Now, I coach JV jazz at Melrose! I am eager to use my years of experience to help others grow in their dance careers.

"If you’re looking for a place where your dancer will truly grow, it starts with the right training.

Chosen Dance Training is about more than learning steps. It’s about building a strong technical foundation that allows dancers to move with confidence, control, and purpose. Proper technique isn’t just about doing things “right,” it’s what protects their bodies, refines their skills, and helps them reach their full potential.

But what matters just as much is the environment.

At Chosen Dance Training, dancers are encouraged, challenged, and supported. They learn perseverance when things get hard. They build confidence as they see their progress. They develop character through commitment, discipline, and showing up for themselves and their team.

This is more than just dance class. It’s training that shapes both the dancer and the person they are becoming."
